These are smaller than normal ribs - taken from the back rather than the larger belly ones - but they are juicy, tender, meaty and easy to cook.
We like them with our BBQ Coating and cook them in the slow cooker for 3 hours. Then we mix half a jar of our favourite BBQ Sauce with the half a cup of the liquid left in the slow cooker. Pour it over the ribs and pop them in the oven on 190c until the sauce has thickened up again. They are an amazing treat!
