Perhaps we are biased because we've been using it for over 40 years - but we don't believe you can buy better gammon anywhere. It is tender and full of flavour yet not salty so no need to soak. Perfect for roasting or parboiling and finishing in the oven with your favourite glaze. Cured in Suffolk.
If you are having guests and want to create some theatre we would recommend choosing a Bone-In whole or half gammon. A whole bone-in serves approximately 40. For a smaller family gathering choose the boned and rolled - allow 225 gms per person for a generous portion. We have a choice of mild smoked or unsmoked.
