Absolutely delicious!

Cooking instructions:

• Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F (Gas Mark 6).
• Place the stuffed chicken on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven.
• Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking.
• Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until the thickest part of the thigh reaches 80c and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
