Each 9" pie comes fully baked, weighs approx. 950gm and will serve 4 to 6.

Beef & Bombardier - Chunks fine quality chuck steak with a smattering of mushrooms, steeped in our lovely beef gravy enriched with locally produced Bombardier Bitter, heaped over our hand made shortcrust base and topped with our own light puff pastry. This pie prompted one elderly customer to remark that it was the best thing he had eaten since WW2 when, as a half starved child, he had been handed a free bag of sausages for helping the butcher get his cart out of a ditch! All our pies can be supplied either baked or unbaked. They will keep in your refrigerator for two days or in your freezer for three months.

To reheat: Simply place the pie on the middle shelf of your oven - preheated to 190c - for 25 minutes Individuals, 30 minutes mediums, 35 to 40 minutes large Plus 10 minutes for each if your pie is unbaked.
